Welcome to move into a tastefully renovated small house with a sleeping loft and nice light. You will be among the first to write history in the house and I hope you will enjoy it for a long time. The floor plan was designed by an interior architect and has plenty of space for wonderful cooking and nice spa days in a well-sized bathroom with windows and underfloor heating. You have access to a private patio under a cherry tree and without visibility from the neighbors and also the possibility of another patio with sun from morning to late afternoon. The building is located in our beautiful eastern Archipelago City, which is a safe, quiet and very well-maintained area by the sea. You will be able to breathe the sea air and from the house it is approx. 5 minutes walk down to the water with beautiful walking paths and swimming areas. There is also a small marina with guest places for boats and a café during the summer. The forest is just around the corner and you can cycle the back road to the popular Skeppskatten to enjoy dinner and various live events during spring - autumn or go jogging or picking mushrooms. You have your own parking space next to the house and if you want to take the public transport to Åkersberga, there are regular buses and the stop is a 5-minute walk away. Skärgårdsstad has two preschools and an F-9 school as well as a sports hall with various associations that have activities for all ages such as group training, ball sports and gymnastics for children. The area also has plenty of football fields and outdoor tennis/volleyball courts. On Walpurgismaas eve, a torchlight procession and bonfire are organized with café sales, choir singing and other cozy things. You also have the opportunity to learn to sail via Skärgårdsstad's sailing club which holds courses. Driving into central Åkersberga with a shopping centre and restaurants takes approx. 10 minutes and the nearest supermarket is on the road. In Åkersberga there are further communications such as the Roslagsbanan which runs via Arninge, Täby Centrum and the University with the final station Östra Station.
